Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive 40 Tele callers to join our team. The role involves making and receiving calls to prospective clients, explaining services, maintaining call records, and achieving daily or weekly call targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving results. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure. Work closely with the team to meet and exceed assigned targets. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication guidelines. Perform ad-hoc tele calling or administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th) or Graduation. Proven experience as a Tele caller, Tele sales Representative, or similar role preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as applicable – e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Self-motivated and target-oriented.
