To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field, along with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent negotiation abilities and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate CRM software are also required.
