Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their property needs, and scheduling site visits or meetings with sales representatives. You will play a key role in generating leads and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads from the database or CRM. Explain property features, project details, pricing, and other information clearly and confidently. Understand the customer's requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects. Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team. Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer engagement until conversion. Update and maintain lead status in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management. Maintain daily call records and submit reports to the team leader. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional languages]. Prior experience in real estate or tele sales is an added advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejections. Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
