As a Telecaller at SPACE INDIA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our sales efforts and play a key role in promoting our real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our projects and generate leads. - Following up with leads and scheduling site visits for interested clients. - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in MS-Excel. - Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns from clients. - Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and meet deadlines. - Staying updated on our latest projects and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. - Continuously improving call scripts and sales pitch to increase conversion rates.
