Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and schedule meetings or callbacks for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns over the phone.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in sales is preferred (freshers may apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work with targets and follow instructions.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus).
Time management and discipline.
Professional phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
