Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain salon services and offers. Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into walk-ins/appointments. Maintain a database of clients and update records with accurate information. Coordinate with salon managers and front desk teams for client appointments. Send reminders to clients about upcoming appointments or promotions. Handle basic client queries over the phone or WhatsApp. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets. Share feedback and updates from customers with the management team. Requirements:Minimum 2 to 3 year of experience in telecalling/customer service (Salon or service industry preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge – Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems. Pleasant and polite phone etiquette. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
