Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate at powersutra located in Gurugram. The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Requirement

• Call potential customers who abandoned carts or showed interest but didn’t purchase.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders by explaining product benefits, offers, and sizing guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Assist with order placement, payment issues, and website navigation.
• Resolve customer doubts regarding delivery timelines, offers, and discounts.
• Handle customer concerns about wrong size, return requests, or damaged items.
• Ensure smooth communication with operations/logistics for quick resolution.
• Gather feedback on product quality, delivery, and overall shopping experience.
