**Job Title:** Telecaller (Female) **Location:** Gota, Ahmedabad **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month ### **Job Description:** We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Female Telecaller** to join our team at our Gota, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in telecalling or a similar role. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. * Explain products/services to customers and handle queries professionally. * Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system. * Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses. * Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer support. * Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (any stream). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus). * Positive attitude and target-oriented approach. ### **Additional Information:** * **Gender Requirement:** Female candidates only * **Working Days:** 6 days a week.
