We provide a diverse range of services including booking partnerships for tourism fairs and festivals, exclusive tent city accommodations at the Statue of Unity and Kutch Rann Utsav, and beach festivals for Gujarat Tourism. Additionally, we offer weekend getaways, special interest tours, hotel bookings, pan India car rental services, and professional escort and guide services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about tour packages and services, and booking tours and accommodations. They will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software Strong persuasive abilities and sales experience Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
