Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our immigration team. The role involves calling potential clients , explaining visa services, and converting leads into enrolments . This is a target-based sales role . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database. Explain immigration services such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa. Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly. Schedule walk-ins and appointments for counselling sessions. Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong follow-up discipline. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and enrolment status. Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets . Coordinate with counsellors and other departments for smooth conversion. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration, education, or sales. Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, English and Punjabi Ability to handle pressure and work towards monthly targets. Confident, positive attitude, and result-oriented approach.
