Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the CRM system, and follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond. Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions, updating the CRM system accordingly.
