Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Telecaller to join our financial services team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote and explain financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and existing clients to promote financial products (e.g. loans, credit cards, insurance, investments). Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of conversations and client responses in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure conversion targets are met. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Adhere to quality and compliance standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. Requirements: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/local language). Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus. Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Prior experience in telecalling or financial services preferred but not mandatory.
