Job Description

Job Description : Prior experience in CRM software, for managing customer data and sales processes. Make Cold Calls , Draft emails, update remarks in CRM in regards to every calls to the lost customers list mentioned in the database. Maintains a strong understanding of products and services. Makes outgoing calls, Marketing/sale of products & services, answers customer queries, and generates leads. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively. Effective verbal communication and the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work. Ability to address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions. Daily and weekly reporting system has to be maintained.
