We are passionate about making beauty convenient, personalized, and exceptional. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound inquiries, passionately pitch our new offers and packages, and convert calls into confirmed bookings. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to our existing clientele to foster loyalty and generate repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Call Management: Attend inbound calls from potential and existing clients seeking information about our services. Effectively listen to customer needs and recommend the most suitable beauty packages and promotional offers. Deliver compelling sales pitches to highlight the benefits and value of our services. Booking & CRM Management: Accurately and efficiently create, modify, and confirm customer appointments in our booking system. Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records in the CRM. Ensure all booking details (service, time, date, address) are correctly captured and communicated. Outbound Calls & Customer Follow-up: Proactively make outbound calls to our database of existing clients for service follow-ups. Inform past clients about new services, special offers, and loyalty discounts to encourage repeat bookings. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Sales Target & Service Excellence: Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team to help improve our services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tele sales Executive, Tele caller, or in a similar customer service/sales role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [e.g., English, Hindi, etc.] with a clear and pleasant phone voice. Strong persuasive and convincing ability with a natural talent for sales. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software or booking systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. A customer-oriented and patient personality. A high school diploma is required; a degree or certification in sales/marketing is a bonus.
