Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive – Life Insurance Renewals Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance / BFSI Department: Sales & Customer Retention Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Outbound Sales Executives to handle renewal sales for life insurance policies. The role involves contacting existing customers whose policies are up for renewal, explaining the benefits of continuing their plan, addressing any queries or objections, and closing the renewal sales. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Call existing customers to remind and persuade them to renew their life insurance policies Explain product features, policy benefits, and address customer objections Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Coordinate with the backend team for issue resolutions related to policy status, documents, or payments Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships Required Skills and Qualifications : Minimum HSC (12th pass)with experience ; graduate Fresher and Experienced both 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / outbound sales / insurance renewals preferred Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and persistence Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday Fix Off PF & ESIC benefits Performance bonuses Location: Office-based role in Rabale, Navi Mumbai (walkable from Rabale Station) Interested can share their cv to 8433601721
