Process :- Telecaller Outbound (Credit Card Sales) Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Location: Kasarvadavali, Thane Salary: ₹15,000 In-hand per month + Incentives Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–1 year) Key Responsibilities: Call prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of Kotak 811 credit cards. Build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally. Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain proper call records and update CRM tools, if applicable. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) Freshers are encouraged to apply Must be fluent in Hindi Should have average English communication skills Age: 18 to 30 years preferred Basic knowledge of banking/finance is a plus Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 In-hand Performance-linked monthly incentives (based on targets) Referral bonuses (if applicable) Skills Required: Good verbal communication Sales mindset and goal orientation Ability to work under pressure Customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile CRM apps (preferred) Working Hours: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Day shift (exact timing to be provided by HR) How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply by: Call Or Whats App HR Pratiksha :- 8698488197
