📞 Telecaller Job Description 🧩 Overview A Telecaller (also known as a Telephone Sales or Customer Service Agent) engages with existing or potential customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, resolve queries, and support sales efforts. 📌 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using prepared scripts Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and address customer concerns Explain products/services, highlight benefits, and close sales or generate leads Follow up with customers to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales pipeline Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, contact details, and follow-up actions in a CRM or spreadsheet Fetch customer feedback and provide insights to the team for process improvements Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets 🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, BPO, or sales support roles appreciated Good verbal communication,active listening skills Ability to handle objections, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor .
