Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based leads for various projects
• Generate interest and collect basic lead information
• Follow project-specific scripts and guidelines
• Ensure high-quality communication and maintain professionalism
• Record lead data accurately and follow up as needed
• Achieve daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven
• Previous telecalling or BPO experience is a plus, but not required
