Job Title: Educational Counselor / Telecaller Job Summary:Join our Kozhikode team to help students and professionals navigate their educational journey! You will be responsible for calling leads to explain specialized services like University Credit Transfers (Academic Bank of Credits) and Document Attestation (HRD/MEA/Embassy) for those planning to study or work abroad. Key Responsibilities: Educational Counseling Service Advisory Lead Management: Call potential leads, understand their academic background, and offer the right service package. Process Support: Explain the required document list (Transcripts, Marksheets, etc.) to clients and follow up until the deal is closed. Database Updates: Maintain clear records of student inquiries and follow-up dates. Requirements: Education: 12th Pass or above (Ideal for freshers or those with an interest in the education sector). Communication: Must be fluent in Malayalam. Basic English is required to understand university and embassy terminology. Skills: Strong convincing power, patience to explain technical processes, and a helpful attitude. Location: Kozhikode (Office-based). Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹20,000 per month. Incentives: Performance-linked. Average earners make ₹10,000 extra in incentives per month. Training: We will provide full training on work.
