Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Location: Yelahanka / Jayanagar - Bengaluru Industry: BPO, Real Estate, Education, Banking, etc. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer queries, and handle complaints in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their queries. Promote products/services over the phone and explain the features and benefits. Maintain customer databases and records of calls. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or to respond to further inquiries. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduation. Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives Working Hours: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
