Key Responsibilities

  • Receive patient calls for appointments, inquiries, and information.
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain call logs and generate accurate reports for internal use.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Minimum qualification – Intermediate (12th)
  • Languages:

    Hindi and English
  • Other Skills:

    Good communication, basic computer knowledge

    ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC (based on interview performance)
