Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team in Mira Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain products and services in detail to potential customers.
Maintain client databases and records of calls and feedback.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
