Job Title: Remote Telecaller (Kannada & Konkani) – Work From Home Telecalling Job Company: Media Tech Temple Location: Remote (India-based Candidates Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | Day Shift Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (30 minutes lunch break) (Monday to Saturday) Weekly Off: Sunday and Major Public Holiday Salary: ₹10,000/month + Incentives (Target Incentive, Attendance & Reference Bonuses) Job Summary: As a Remote Telecaller, you will focus exclusively on outbound calls to prospective customers, clearly communicate our services, and collect feedbacks from customers. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.   Key Responsibilities: Make only outbound calls to potential clients in Kannada and Konkani Explain our services clearly and professionally Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM regularly Meet daily and weekly call and collect feedbacks Participate in training and feedback sessions as needed   Requirements: Fluency in Kannada and Konkani (spoken) with good communication skills Freshers can also apply for this job Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday with Sunday off Own Laptop/Desktop and USB headset with microphone Reliable Wi-Fi with 40 Mbps or higher internet speed Power backup (e.g., UPS or generator) to avoid work disruptions Quiet and professional home work environment   What We Offer: Fully remote with fixed day shift Weekly off on Sunday Performance bonuses and growth opportunities Supportive team environment and training Training Period: Initial training for 4 to 5 days to get you ready for the role Training performance will be reviewed by the Team Leader before confirmation    About our company: MediaTechTemple, technology driving company which focusing on traditional as well as Innovation solutions.
