Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Marketing Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller Marketing Executive will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers to promote products and services, handling inquiries, building relationships, and engaging with customers to convert leads into sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases and providing detailed information to support marketing and sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to support campaign strategies
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a customer-service role is a plus
