Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and providing information about our services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our immigration services. Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about immigration procedures and services. Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for consultations. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets. Keep updated with the latest information on immigration laws and policies. Assist in other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
