Telecaller – Lead Generation (Photography & Studio Services)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller (Lead Generation Executive) to join our photography & studio team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining our services (maternity, newborn, wedding, and housewarming shoots), and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and helping families capture their most beautiful moments through our premium photography services.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads generated from ads, website, and referrals.
• Explain photography packages, offers, and services clearly to potential clients.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with effective persuasion.
• Maintain follow-ups with undecided leads.
• Record and update lead details in CRM/Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the studio team for scheduling shoots.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (freshers with good communication can apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
