Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
• Clearly explain our SAAS products and services to prospects.
• Qualify leads through regular follow-ups and understand client requirements.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/product team.
• Maintain a database of client interactions and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations and give demo sessions if required.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills

  – English & Tamil.
• Passionate about

  client interaction

  and building relationships.
• Ability to handle objections and motivate leads toward conversion.
• Basic knowledge of using PPT, Email, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated

  with a go-getter attitude.
• Well-spoken, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus (not mandatory).
