Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads generated through online & offline channels.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and admission process clearly to students/parents.
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records in CRM/register.
• Convert leads into admissions by providing proper guidance and support.
• Handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and offer correct information about all training programs.
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up until enrollment confirmation.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.
• Work closely with the admissions team for smooth enrollment.
• Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English added advantage).
• Confident, polite, and good at convincing & counselling.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector is an added advantage.
