As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and maintaining customer relationships. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads. 2. Provide information about our products and services to interested customers. 3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in MS-Excel. 4. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
