The Telecaller Jewellery Sales position based in Habsiguda is currently open for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our jewellery sales team. Your main duties will involve handling customer inquiries over the phone, promoting our jewellery products, and ensuring strong customer relationships. As a Telecaller, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to showcase jewellery products and offers, as well as handling inbound calls to provide product information, pricing details, and store policies. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in our CRM system, follow up on leads to drive sales, and effectively communicate jewellery features, quality, pricing, and promotions to customers. To excel in this role, you must collaborate closely with the sales and showroom teams to deliver exceptional customer service, meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets, and establish long-term relationships with customers through outstanding after-sales support. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments or showroom visits for high-value leads and staying informed about product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably within the jewellery industry. Strong communication skills in languages such as English, Hindi, and regional languages are required, along with a pleasant telephone etiquette, basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools), and a high level of patience and problem-solving skills. This is a Full-time, Permanent position that operates during day shifts and offers a yearly bonus. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.
