Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our jewellery sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone, promoting our jewellery products, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products and offers.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information about products, pricing, and store policies.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or store visits.
• Understand and explain jewellery features, quality, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to support customer service.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by ensuring excellent after-sales service.
• Schedule appointments or showroom visits for high-value leads.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Jewellery industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
• Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• High level of patience and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
