We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and achieving set targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Maintain a daily call log and update CRM software with customer information.
