Job Title:

Telecaller – Skill Development Projects (Calling Only)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Telecaller to support the mobilization of candidates for government-funded skill development programs such as PMKVY, PMFME, and others. This is a calling-only position focused on outreach, awareness building, and enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided leads database

• Share accurate and complete information about training programs, benefits, and eligibility criteria

• Handle basic candidate queries and resolve doubts about the training and enrollment process

• Follow up with interested candidates for registration, document collection, and next steps

• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and activity reports using Excel or Google Sheets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred

Job Details:

• Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal

• Work Mode: On-site

• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

• Mobile recharge allowance provided
