1. Inbound Calling for new Leads 2. Answering incoming calls or leads. 3. Serve Existing customers by after sales support. 4. Inform about new products/offers to existing customers 5. Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team 6. should be able to elaborate sexual product to customers 7. should be able to elaborate all wellness produ ts to customers. 1. Domain Experience should have experience in ayurveda domain for inbound calling 2. Language Proficiency in hindi and english 3. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) 4. Experience with CRM software in any one 5. Communication Skills should be good in english and hindi 6. Team Player 7. Confident & Soft-Spoken 8. Great Follow up Skills 9. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints 10. Persistent and results-oriented 11. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
