Responsibilities

Are you a skilled Telecaller with a strong command over MS-Excel and proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Gautam Modi Group! As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining accurate records in Excel, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Hindi. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
• Creating and updating customer records in MS-Excel for easy access and tracking.
• Communicating effectively with clients in both English and Hindi to address their queries and concerns.
• Providing detailed information about our products and services to potential clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.
