Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective institutions.
Explain product features, benefits clearly and convincingly.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up as required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback from prospects to improve offerings and pitch.
