We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Event Management Institute. The role involves communicating with students and parents , explaining course details , and following up with interested leads . RESPONSIBILITIES -Call and counsel students regarding Event Management courses. -Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities. -Maintain followup records and convert inqueries into admissions. -Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. -Coordinate the marketing and admission teams with updates. REQUIREMENTS -Good communication skill (English & Hindi). -Basic computer knowledge. -Confident , polite, and persuasive on calls. -Freshers and experienced both can apply.
