Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/ Leads to explain our courses Clearly explain course details, admission process, benefits, and features of our training programs Identify interested candidates, generate leads, and follow up regularly to ensure enrollment Maintain and update the student inquiry database with accurate call details and status Professionally handle queries, objections, and feedback related to courses. Record and maintain complete details of conversations, admissions, and follow-up actions for internal reporting Requirements: Good communication skills in [English] Basic knowledge of MS Office.
