Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate sales. The role involves fixing appointments for site visits and providing basic project information to potential buyers. This is a non-target-based job with a focus on communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities:   Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries from online or offline sources.   Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about real estate projects.   Explain project features, pricing, and location details to interested customers.   Fix appointments for site visits with the sales team.   Maintain daily call logs and lead follow-up status.   Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely client handling.   Answer customer queries politely and professionally. Requirements:   Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.   Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.   Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.   Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply).   Confident, well-spoken, and organized.
