Telecaller – Healthcare

🔹 Job Description: MGM Medical Centre , a trusted multi-specialty hospital in Hyderabad, is hiring a Telecaller with a passion for patient communication and service excellence. We are looking for a motivated, polite, and well-spoken individual with at least 1 year of experience in tele calling (preferably in healthcare or customer service). You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, providing information about our medical services, booking appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
