Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make In bound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain a database of customer information and update regularly.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in telecasting, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in telesales or outbound calling
Multilingual ability is an advantage
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
