About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with retailers, promote our products, and generate business orders. If you enjoy talking to people, convincing them, and turning conversations into sales — this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to retailers and potential customers. Introduce company products and explain features, offers, and pricing. Generate and follow up on orders from existing and new retailers. Build strong relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business. Maintain call and order records accurately. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing and delivery. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Confidence to handle calls and close orders. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred). Experience in telecalling or FMCG/Retail sales preferred — freshers welcome!
