Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors to promote residential and commercial property projects. Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, payment plans, and project locations. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property showings. Follow up with clients after site visits to encourage decision-making and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
