TELECALLER

You will be joining a dynamic team at Freedom First as a Telecaller based in Salt Lake on a full-time on-site basis. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide them with information about our range of services, address any inquiries they may have, and assist them in understanding the financial solutions we offer. Your daily tasks will include making calls, managing client databases, following up on leads, and aiding in resolving client concerns. Your role will necessitate strong communication and customer service abilities to ensure client contentment and successful lead conversions. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills coupled with a confident demeanor. Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of financial services and products. You should be adept at efficiently handling and resolving client queries, proficient in utilizing CRM software, and skilled at maintaining client databases. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment as well as work independently will be crucial. Any prior experience in telecalling or sales would be advantageous.
