Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Salt Lake. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to provide information about our services, answer queries, and guide them through the financial solutions we offer. Daily tasks will include making calls, maintaining client databases, following up on leads, and assisting with resolving client issues. The role requires effective communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful lead conversion.
