You will receive a fresh, high-intent database generated through our live Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, ensuring easy conversations and higher conversions.


Your role is to call these leads, explain the offer clearly, handle objections professionally, and convert them into paying customers.


Salary & Incentives: Conversion Based Payouts on Weekly/Month 


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Calling & Conversion

  • Call potential customers from our Google Ads & Meta Ads live leads database.
  • Explain our ₹299/month eCommerce website plan in a simple, clear, and confident manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Convert interested leads into successful activations.


2. Product Pitching

  • 99-minute website delivery
  • Full admin access
  • 10GB hosting
  • Training + support included
  • Optional add-ons
  • Highlight business value and ROI to customers.


3. Customer Handling

  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
  • Provide correct information about pricing, features, and timelines.
  • Follow the company-provided telecaller script & sales handbook.


4. Follow-Up & Closure

  • Follow up with warm leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through effective engagement.
  • Send follow-up messages, PDFs, or plan details when required.


5. Reporting & CRM Updates

  • Maintain a record of daily calls, interested leads, and conversions.
  • Update customer status in CRM/Excel as required.
  • Coordinate with the sales head and technical teams when needed.


📌 Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:


  • Strong communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)
  • Confidence in phone communication
  • Basic understanding of websites or willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior
  • Ability to convince customers politely
  • Basic computer knowledge


Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / BPO
  • Experience selling digital services or software
  • Ability to explain technical features in simple language
