We are looking for a Telecaller with strong communication and customer-handling skills to support our sales and marketing team by connecting with potential clients, explaining services, and generating leads.

Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our services, maintaining follow-up communication, and supporting lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's digital marketing services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Share daily call and lead reports with the management.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet monthly lead-generation and performance targets.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Confidence and ability to handle objections.
