Telecaller (female)

A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, persuade them to make a purchase, and build relationships to drive sales and revenue. Their duties include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer records. Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls:Telesales Executives initiate sales by contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and attempting to close deals.
• Handling inbound inquiries:They also respond to calls from customers or potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Meeting sales targets:They work to achieve individual and team sales goals, often tracked through metrics like call volume, sales revenue, and conversion rates.
• Building customer relationships:Telesales Executives aim to create positive interactions with customers, fostering trust and loyalty for repeat business.
• Following up on leads:They manage and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources.
• Maintaining customer records:They keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information.
• Providing customer service:They address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Staying informed:They maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborating with teams:They may work with other sales team members, marketing, or customer service to achieve overall sales goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
