Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven female candidates for Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, answering their queries, and scheduling site visits to generate leads and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the provided database.
• Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and amenities to interested clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement.
• Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Fluency in [insert local language] and English.
