Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive with strong outbound calling and sales onboarding skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and effective communication in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Effectively explain company products/services and onboard new clients.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections and provide relevant solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and campaign improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound calling or telesales.
• Strong sales onboarding and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
